Whats New At The Pool

What’s new at the Westpark pool?


If you are looking for a way to exercise and stay active or just want to improve your techniques, this all new program is for you. It is designed to promote swimming for adults ages 18 and up through organised training program for recreational or competitive swimmers. It will be offered 3 times a week Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. until 9 p.m.


All new to the pool is a program which teaches anyone the fundamentals of all the water sports. If you want to improve your diving skills, learn the basics of Waterpolo or even be trained to do some crazy Synchro moves, this is the place to start. It is a great way to learn a new sport and eventually represent Westpark pool.

Family BBQ & Events night

This is a new feat to the pool. After a relaxing Sunday afternoon, come use one of our BBQs to make supper or treat yourself to a delicious meal from our Snack Bar and have supper at the pool. Right after, come join our staff, committee and others members to different activities that will be held at the pool like board game night, karaoky night, bingo night and much more…

New times for Aquafit, Diving, Waterpolo and Synchro?


Can’t come during the day? No problem. Aquafit will now be offered Sunday nights from 8 p.m. until 9 p.m. Designed to provide a total body workout by giving a balance of cardiovascular as well as muscular strength and endurance exercise.


If you are busy during the week and want to be on the team, come practice with our diving team on Saturdays between 10 and 11 a.m.


All new practice time for the Waterpolo team on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Synchronized Swimming

Synchro practice will also be moved with 1 practice on Sundays from 10 - 12 in the mornings as well as thurdays from 1-3 in the afternoon.
